MBA from the University of Talca, Master in Management Control from the University of Chile, Master in Tax Management (C) from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, IFRS Diploma from the University of Chile. Additionally, he is a Partner of the Chilean Institute of Tax and Academic Law of various National Universities.

He has vast experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Reorganizations, Mergers, Divisions and processes of acquisitions and sales of companies.

It has also implemented management models and convergences to IFRS in various companies in South America. He has served as Corporate Controller of multinational companies and Tax Supervisor at PwC.
